ETS offers official TOEFL prep resources like TOEFL Practice Online; I used them and found the questions authentic and timing helpful.

ETS does offer official TOEFL prep options. I used two of them when I was prepping last year. First, the TOEFL iBT Test Prep course on edX, created by ETS. It walks you through each section with structured lessons, sample prompts, and strategy tips. It helped me understand how to approach integrated writing and speaking tasks and gave me a clear study rhythm. Second, TOEFL Practice Online (TPO) tests , full-length, timed practice that mirrors the real exam and provides official scores. I did a handful of TPOs to gauge pacing and refine my answers under time pressure; the experience felt like you’re sitting the real test. If you’re on a tighter budget, the Official Guide to the TOEFL Test plus the online practice access still helps, but the TPOs are worth it if you want authentic practice. My takeaway: pair the structured course for concepts and tips with several TPOs to lock in timing and confidence.

ETS offers official TOEFL prep resources, including the TOEFL Official Prep course and TOEFL Practice Online (TPO) tests. I used the Official Prep course and lined up a few TPOs in the weeks before my exam. The content is genuinely aligned with the real test, and practicing with the exact interface helped me build pacing. My tip: start with a free sample or the official planner to map out study blocks, then do 2-3 TPOs for realism. After each test, review every incorrect answer and note common weaknesses, especially in integrated speaking. Keep a timer on; you don’t want to be surprised by length. If you can swing it, mix in the Official Prep material with light grammar/vocabulary drills for reinforcement.
